About TBSN's Hank Aaron Collection
On the morning of Monday, February 28, 2022, I woke up and just laid in bed. I knew that the day was gonna be devastating. That it was bigger than me. This would have to be a God day where I LET GO and LET GOD. With the Super Bowl behind me and The Combine waiting for me just a few days away, I felt the pressure before 7am.
All weekend, I felt like I had a camera crew following me as they were filming me as I was attempting to build a new sports network with broadcast rights to compete with an established network worth billions of dollars. I remember thinking: "If you're going to go down, you might as well go down swinging. It's just money. I've been broke before, it didn't kill me. I might as well try anyway." I also felt like I was at the part of the movie where my life was at the 'SHIT SHOW nothing is going right so I need to go left' phase and then boom....at the final hour somehow it all changes and the motivational Rocky song starts playing.
I felt pretty good about at least trying but before I could settle into a comfortable space, a note was slide under the door of the hotel I was staying at before I headed off to Indy for The Combine.
"Miss Livers. You are five days past due not counting tonight. Please come down and pay $312.00. Once again, thank you for your business."
I usually feel like there's nothing I can't do when I have oatmeal in the morning. I didn't have any oatmeal. I haven't had oatmeal for nearly a week. I texted everyone I could think of. It's kind of hard to borrow money when you just came from The Super Bowl in LA.
All of the money I had was tied into investments and a few of the sponsorship checks hadn't come in yet. My tax returns hadn't come in. It was like the old days where there was nobody coming. I'd have to figure it out by myself.
John Jubiliee is the Founder and CEO of Energize Health came through to help me save HankAaron from auction. He didn't know at the time. He didn't even ask why I needed money. He just sent it and arranged for me to earn $500 for every referral I do for his company which helps people heal themselves at the cellular level. Even though he was in a meeting and was getting the evil eye from the people in the meeting as he was deeply engaged in the text festival with me (I couldn't figure out how to use Zelle as I usually use CashApp). He never left me. He waited for me to figure it out and confirm the money. I was able to save Hank Aaron and add HankAaron.co and HankAaron.TV to The TBSN Hank Aaron Collection. I was also able to take care of the hotel bill before I move on to Indy.
That I was able to do this on the last day of Negro History Month to make sure generations to come know about the life and legacy of a Negro League champion with the help of a White man considering the social climate of our country moved me to tears.
I'm not sure what all will become of The TBSN Hank Aaron Collection but I feel honored to be a part of it. Please join me in helping to make sure everyone knows about John Jubilee and Energize Health.
Amen.
